Barx
Barx is Village in the in in the Valencian Community of Spain.
Municipality located in the area of “Safor” (Valldigna Valley), set between the moutains and near the Valencia and Alicante Coastline.
The term occupies a small valley in the central part, the rest being very hilly. The heights are: El Toro (592 m), Les Malladetes (631 m), Penyalba (773 m), Alt de Carpi (705 m) and Tossal (391 m).
The term is drained by the gully of the Drover. It has good water sources, such as Elm and Puigmola. In the mountainous area of the term is located one of the most interesting karst births in the region, with numerous caves that make the rains sink, the most important is the sum d’Albaida, where Trekkers, Cavers and Speologists enjoy the countryside.
Nearby villages; Benimeli, Sanet y Negrals, Ondara, Benidoleig, Pedreguer, La Sella Golf, Denia and La Jara.
